Redhotblue announces its second annual Creative Minds workshop for high school students in the next school holidays. This workshop covers the art of concepting, advertising campaigns, the key to strong branding and generally thinking differently… with our minds rather than computers.

Creative Minds is a five-day creative teenage space held from 26th June – 30th June 2017, 9am to 3pm. The course gives teenagers the chance to pick the brains of the senior graphic designer and director of Redhotblue to get a feel for working in the creative industry.

The 5-day course focuses on how ideas are generated and how to create strong and creative concepts. The students learn the importance of conceptual thinking, the foundations of advertising design, how to interpret a client brief and collaboration with problem solving to produce effective design solutions.

This Creative Minds workshop gives our regions inspiring youth a local opportunity to participate in a creative workshop similar to those found in Brisbane or Sydney. An engaging and fun teenage space will include a workbook to take and an exhibition of their final project at the end of the course.

If you would be interested in participating in the next Creative Minds workshop in the June school holidays.
