RALLY GUIDE

Here is everything you need to know about 'She The Change' Rally:

Registration

Rego opens at 11 am + auditorium doors will open at 12 pm. You don't need to bring a printed copy of your ticket (save the paper), just check your name off at the door. We have a record of the number of tickets you have purchased.

Snacks

Let's talk about the important things first, shall we?!?!...We will be serving you snacks + juice throughout the day. We've got sugar + more sugar for all of our sugar fiend friends. AND for our sugar-free delegates we have some sugar-free snacks (courtesy of Nurtured Earth Organics) for you to enjoy during our 3 pm pick me up.

You can also purchase snacks, coffee, tea and other supplies onsite prior to the event and during break times.

Breaktimes

There will be a half hour break at 3 pm + an hour and a half dinner break at 5 pm.

You are welcome to stay onsite during the breaks. Our friends; The Hungry Traveller (@the.hungry.traveller) will be onsite if you would like to purchase dinner from them (highly recommended). They have vegetarian options available.

Or you are welcome to explore Avoca and dine out.

We do ask that you vacate the auditorium during the breaks to allow us the time to freshen things up for you.

Evening Pre-party

Our evening pre-party kicks off at 6:30 pm (and goes to 7:30 pm) in the outside area. Join us for a drink, some dancing, networking and few surprises.

Nursing Mother's

We have reserved special seats for you and your babe's should you like to sit close to an aisle. There will be a designated area for prams outside the auditorium.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHE THE CHANGE RALLY START? WHAT TIME DOES IT END?

Check-in begins at 11 am and will run till about 10 p.m.

WHERE IS THIS EVENT HELD?

Avoca Beach Picture Theatre www.avocabeachpicturetheatre.com.au

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS?

Yes, there will be snacks, water + juice provided throughout the day. Prior to the event + during the breaks you will have the opportunity to purchase meals + coffee + tea from the food vans on site or at local cafes or restaurants.

WHAT AGE IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR?

Teenagers - 120

IS THERE A BREAK?

There is a two hour  break between 5-6 pm to go a purchase dinner + freshen up before our preparty begins at 6 pm!

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Rest easy, we'll have plenty of options for everyone.

WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?

We are expecting tickets to sell out. Buy them as soon as you can! We only have 50 pre-sale, front section reserved tickets available, so jump on it! Tickets are 60% SOLD OUT!

ARE THERE CONCESSIONARY TICKETS

We do have limited number of Age Pensioner + Youth ( 15 years and under) tickets available for a discounted price. Ticket holders will have to show ID at check-in. Once allocated these tickets are sold attendees will need to purchase full priced tickets.

RETURN POLICY

We are unable to offer any kind of refunds, transfers, exchanges, or credit.
