Confidence equals currency when it comes to your business.  I always say to my clients that the amount of confidence you communicate with will be the same amount of confidence your offer, product or service is received with.

In this 3 hour in-person and online workshop I'll walk you through 3 key areas that you need to nail in your business in order to sell like a pro.

This will be an interactive workshop where we'll be hot seating people who attend so that you can see it in action as well as sharing some of the solutions and language I use with clients.  Why does it matter? At times I've taken a $500 request and converted it to a $10k project solution. Now it can't happen all the time but when you know some of the key things you can do to ensure you're not only giving a client what they need but you're also ensuring you're getting paid for the work that you're doing and increasing your revenue opportunities. 

1. Write your standout bio that helps you seal the deal

When someone asks you to send them your bio, long and short version do you have it ready to go?  Does it nail who you and what you do?  Is it clear to your audience how you can help them and why you're different?  I'll teach you how to write your stand out bio and repurpose it for different audiences. 

2. How to pitch for work with confidence

Recently I put out a request for a position in my business and received a wide array of emails that left me wondering whether business owners know how to pitch their business and provide both a brief and in-depth proposal to sell their services.  Do you know how to make it clear what you're offering around pricing, packaging and what will be delivered if they choose to work with you? 

3. Upsell your services 

Depending on who you work with, 'Pimping your products' and being able to sell them is key to not only meet your clients needs up but increase your revenue opportunities

At times someone may call me for a simple solution but once I really understand what they need, I'm able to provide a real solution. Many times people don't actually know what they need so they go for the simplest solution.  Now it's not to say that the simplest solution may not work, but if you know how to understand your client's issue then you can provide a solution that is right for them and where you can provide more of your services to ensure they get the best outcome.

We'll be running this workshop at the amazing Watermans' Business Centre in Chadstone Shopping Centre . It is located at the next to the David Jones entrance off Dandenong Road and is between David Jones and Captial Kitchen on the outside of the building. There is free parking directly opposite the venue.
