Heart of Africa Yoga Safari Information Evening

This is a first for The Yoga Institute and we are truly excited to announce that in March 2018, the Yoga Institute is partnering with African Family Safaris and offering a Heart of Africa, Yoga safari.

Africa is a precious place where one can “unplug” and immerse in the vastness of a wild, pristine and overwhelmingly beautiful landscape filled with a vast array of wildlife, including one and a half million wildebeest on their annual migration. Few places can imprint on your soul like this one.

TIME: 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Everyone is welcome for this community gathering.

The night will include

• A captivating presentation on Safari in East Africa from Richard Field, director of African Family Safaris. Richard is also a highly sought after safari guide and international motivational keynote speaker and will share some breathtaking stories and images of the wild lands we will be traversing on this safari. Richard’s presentation will have a special focus on the incredible wildebeest migration which we will be experiencing.

• Meet your Yoga Safari creators and travel hosts, Lisa Grauaug (Yoga Teacher) and Beck Fraser (African Family Safaris co-director and safari facilitator). They will share information regarding this extraordinary travel experience and answer any questions related to travel arrangements, transport, accommodations, food and our itinerary.

This Yoga Safari is an “ON-BEING EXPERIENCE “ and Tanzania is our destination.
