French Food | Truffles | French Wine | Interactive cheese and dessert station | Hosted by Frenchman Olivier Bruge and Chef John Leverink
Hear from chef John Leverink and sommelier Kate Hibberson about the French influences in this 'Modern French' menu including truffles from The Truffle Farm, and insights into the revered wine regions across France and our hand picked wine selections for the night.
Cheese expert (and legitimate Frenchman!) Olivier Bruge of Mart Delicatessen will host the evening, sharing some history on the famous day as well as talking through his délicieux French cheeses included on the menu — and providing advice on the ‘correct and courteous’ way to cut cheese!
It’s all topped off with beautiful French provincial styling by Lean Timms and a playlist designed by Olivier to set the mood!
7:00pm arrival with canapés in the foyer for 7:30pm start. This day is a social event with shared tables.
