PRESENTER:
William A. Eddy is an attorney, therapist, mediator, and the President of the High Conflict Institute based in San Diego, California. He provides training to professionals worldwide on managing high-conflict personalities. Mr Eddy has given seminars to human resource professionals, employee assistance professionals, lawyers, judges, mediators, mental health professionals, hospital administrators, college administrators, government agencies, law enforcement, homeowners’ associations and others. He has presented in over 30 states in the United States, several provinces in Canada, as well as England, France, Sweden, Austria, Australia and New Zealand. (See more details in the flyer)
This seminar relates to Compulsory MCLE Rule 6.1.3 (Professional Skills – communication and interpersonal skills, client interviewing, negotiation and mediation skills, and advocacy) and depending on your practice may also relate to Rule 6.1.1 (identifying conflicts of interest and other ethical issues) and Rule 6.1.2 (risk management).
