The Paradoxical Strengths and Vulnerabilities of Women in Leadership

The purpose of this session is to cover a spectrum of perspectives that relate to the strengths, vulnerabilities, challenges and opportunities of women leading in an Australian business environment. It will cover how the strengths and styles of women in leadership can significantly impact positively or negatively work-life balance, organizational influence and even career progression. It will provide some useful perspectives how women can harness some of the natural and often unrecognized strengths and acumen successfully. The intent is for these initial perspectives to stimulate a broader and richer dialogue and discussion with the audience.

Ticket price includes catering.
