A tour of the seedbank with an amuse bouche and sparking wine will set the scene for this discovery dinner event.

Take a seat at our table and savour flavours from once upon a time with a modern twist. Our chefs will take you through an extraordinary journey from past to present with each carefully crafted course.

The menu has been thoughtfully paired with a glass of wine. Beer and soft drink will also be available. 

This event will be hosted at The Australian Plantbank, a seedbank and research laboratory that specialises in the conservation of Australian native plant spices.
