Seeing Through Snow by Matthew Higgins

Born in a blizzard, Les Leong is adopted into a Chinese-Australian family and grows up in the declining gold town of Kiandra in the Snowy Mountains.  By observing and learning from Aboriginal community members, Les struggles through conflict to better understand his high country.

Join Professor Peter Stanley, UNSW Canberra, and author Matthew Higgins for the launch of this novel of discovery and transformation.
