This special Mums Wellbeing Circle is a gathering of mums coming together to enjoy authentic conversations about motherhood and wellbeing whilst raising children with additional needs. It is special time for you to relax, rejuvenate and inspired.
*You will learn practical wellbeing tools to help you navigate the challenges that come with raising children with additional needs.
*Natalie will share her personal experiences of raising her daughter Chiara and share her best wellbeing tools that have helped her navigate raising a daughter with additional needs, nurturing her relationship with her husband and raising her second daughter too, whilst nurturing her wellbeing.
*It's an informal get-together which provides you the time and space to do a wellbeing check-in and (via Rhiannon's wellbeing reflection activity - with no pressure to share or discuss).
*It's an beautiful opportunity to connect with mums who are also learning to prioritise and nurture their everyday wellbeing whilst raising children with additional needs.
*Discussion time, where you may choose to listen to and/or share with your experiences of raising children with additional needs.
* A yummy breakfast and hot drink

Natalie is dedicated to empowering and inspiring mothers who are raising children with additional needs. Through coaching, community and connection, Natalie's mission is to create a space for women to reconnect with themselves and what is most important to them. Natalie has a background in both the corporate and wellness worlds, with experience in Sales & Marketing as well as being a yoga and meditation teacher
