NEFARIOUS - EVENT RULES:

·By your entry & signature in the NEFARIOUS sign in book, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 years, have read these rules, understand them & will abide by them.

·At each NEFARIOUS event there shall be at least 1 (one) dungeon monitor (DM), 1 (one) first-aid officer & 1 (one) security officer (S/O) present during each event. All the NEFARIOUS crew are identified by their crew lanyards, please approach them if you have questions or concerns.

·Please remember we have a lot of new kinksters attending each event. Be patient & respectful with them – we were all new once.

·The house caution word is AMBER. The house safe word is RED to immediately stop the play. The house “outside assistance” word is MAYDAY.

·A dungeon monitor (DM) may & will, intervene in a scene if they hear the word RED, & the scene is not interrupted immediately by the participants, or if any of the posted venue rules are breached during the play.

·DM’s must be obeyed for your safety & the safety of all patrons & crew. Please notify the DM or the NEFARIOUS crew as soon as possible of any safety breach, harassment or etiquette infringement problems that come to your attention.

·The DM & the NEFARIOUS crew reserves the right to declare any toy, implement, object or practice as unsafe for any reason & require that it be removed from the facility immediately.

·No cameras, video or audio recording devices are allowed to be used in the venue.“Selfies” are not permitted anywhere in the venue. There shall be a designated photo booth & roving photographer for each event at NEFARIOUS

·Mobile phone calls will be permitted only at the sign in area of the venue.

·Please leave all equipment free of contaminants i.e. fluids, wax etc.There shall be cleaning supplies at the venue to facilitate this. Please bring any equipment concerns to the attention of the NEFARIOUS crew.

·Normal party etiquette is expected. Do not interfere in a scene. Do not touch anyone or anyone's gear without permission.Watching is acceptable from a safe distance. Please keep all conversation, laughter & comments to a minimum in the space. Please do not monopolise equipment to the extent that others may not have the time to interact. Suspension frame use is limited to 45 minutes. Abnormally loud screaming & talking within a scene is discouraged as a courtesy to others.

·No illegal substances of any kind may be brought into the venue. Any patron found by the DM or NEFARIOUS crew to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol will be asked to leave the venue immediately.Liquor Licensing Act 1988 & all other relevant W.A acts & codes shall be in force during the event.

·Venue rules permit limited nudity at the event.Minimum dress requirement at nefarious is a G-string.Footwear is to be worn at all times unless in designated suspension areas with maintained flooring.

·Smoking is only permitted in our outdoor designated smoking area.

·The DM must be informed of any intense edge play prior to the beginning of the event.

·The Drawbridge program & nefarious workshop attendees will be permitted into the venue at 6 pm. The NEFARIOUS event will open at 7 pm precisely & absolutely no admittance will be granted after 10 pm.Exit from the venue is via the front door only.

·All guests are responsible for any equipment, clothing & all personal items that are brought into the venue.Please be aware & alert at all times.

·No member of NEFARIOUS crew or operators of the facility, nor any agent, successors or assigns of any of the foregoing shall be held liable to any attendee for injury to a person incurred as a result of attendance at this event.

·NEFARIOUS is an S.S,C, & R.A.C.K. Perth alternate community event.We embrace & encourage diversity in all its forms.
