Wollemi Wanderers Nature Play at the National Arboretum Canberra takes you on a journey through a different forest or garden each week.  Little minds go on an exploration of the natural world through interactive storytelling, hands on learning, craft and a wander among the trees and gardens.  We will finish the session with a guided meditation.  Suitable for ages 1 - 5 years.

This week's theme: Bush Tucker

Be led through the Bush Tucker Garden which is full of interesting sights, smells and sounds - Join us for a wander and enjoy story time in the rock circle. What a great way to celebrate of NAIDOC Week.

Where to meet

Please meet in the STEP Garden at the bottom of the overflow carpark.

Need to know

Parent/Carer: Free.

Babies under 12 months: Free (when accompanying paid child).

Due to the age group, parent/carer must stay throughout the event.

Sessions will be pram/baby wearing friendly. All sessions take place outdoors so please wear enclosed footwear, bring a hat, water and dress for the weather.

- practicing good hand and respiratory hygiene
- maintaining social distancing where possible
