$145pp includes a glass of sparkling on arrival and at midnight. 3 course set menu, only one sitting with a maximum of 100 seats, full table service. Reservations from 7.30pm. (adult only price)

On arrival

• ·Smoked salmon mousse, salmon roe (gf)

Entrée – tasting plate

• ·NT Barramundi spring rolls, grilled pineapple, coriander, sweet chili sauce (df)
• ·Wood grilled SA squid, smoked hummus, lemon (gf)

Main – choice of

• ·Lamb cutlets, garden salad, jus (gf/df)
• ·Murray Valley pork belly, charred cauliflower, carrot, apple, cinnamon spiced jus (gf)
• ·Crispy skin Barramundi fillet, asparagus, broccolini, tomato & capers salsa, lemon mayonnaise, cress (gf)
• ·NT Pumpkin, flat mushroom, crumbled feta, chilli, lemon, herbs (gf/v)

Dessert

• ·Mango bavarois, coulis, sable biscuit, Chantilly cream (gf)
  
  Optional Beverage Package: $50pp (7.30pm to midnight)

All guests on your table need to book the beverage package.
Choice of:  Fleur de lys Sparkling, Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc, Fat bastard Pinot Noir, Mothers milk, first drop Shiraz, James Boags Premium Light, XXXX Gold, Heineken, James Boags Premium, James Squire Orchard Crush and soft drinks.

Wharf One Food & Wine - Outdoor Festival

Price includes: reserved table for the night on the alfresco, choice of 2 or 3 course meal (food stall), cash bar facilities, outdoor festival theme (disposable plates/cups/cutlery).
Reservations from 6pm. On the night you will receive vouchers. When you are hungry, exchange your vouchers at the food stall in the alfresco for your meal. No table service.

Entrée – choice of:

• ·Pumpkin arancini  (v)

Main – choice of:

• · BBQ beef short rib (gf)
• · Roast lamb shoulder (gf)
• · Vegetarian moussaka (gf)

Sides – potato salad (gf) & garden salad (gf)

Dessert

• ·Chocolate Brownie, caramel sauce

PRICE
2 course (entrée & main)  $60 Adult / $50 Child
3 course (entrée, main & dessert)  $70 Adult / $60 Child 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To reserve a table, we do require full payment at the time of booking. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. No refund is available if you cancel on or after the 28 December 2017.   

• All menu selections are subject to availability of produce and we reserve the right to vary menu items at any time prior to the event.
• Tickets are limited and may not be available for purchase on the night if the event is sold out.
• BYO food or drink will not be allowed.
• In the likelihood of wet weather, the night event will continue to operate as per normal, no refunds will be issued unless cancelled by management. 
• Table allocations / configurations will be at the discretion of management. There will be a limited number of varying table sizes including tables for 2 guests and higher.  We only have a small number of high chairs available, therefore are unable to guarantee any requests. All tables and high chairs will be sold on a “first in, first served basis”.  
• Any dietary requirements must be made in writing to functions@wharfone.com.au by 28 December at the latest for us to be able to accommodate.
• Requests - we can not guarantee that your request will be delivered, however we will attempt.
• Wharf One Food & Wine practices Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Wharf One Food & Wine will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of your property prior to, during and after the NYE 2017 event. You will be financially responsible for any loss or damage caused by you to the building(s), furniture, fittings, and any equipment.
