David Wynne, Deputy Secretary (Communications and Administration) is retiring in January 2018 after serving the  NSW Teachers Federation for 26 years and a career in public education of 40 years.

A former primary school teacher, having taught at Revesby, Bombala, Oak Flats, Newtown, and Lewisham public schools. David also taught at Shellharbour TAFE College and worked as a DSP Consultant with the Department in the metropolitan east area of Sydney. In addition David has worked at the Federation in the roles of Welfare Officer, City Organiser, Industrial Officer and Training Officer.

A Retirement Dinner to acknowledge David's contribution to the Federation and public education will be held on:

Saturday 17 March 2018 (following March Council)
6.30pm – 11.00pm
Novotel Darling Harbour

Tickets $120 this includes dinner, drinks and gift
