Event Details

Move Well Fitness classes are gentle exercise classes that are especially designed to be safe and effective for people (usually older adults) with long term stable health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.

All participants work next to a chair and can do the whole class seated if necessary. The class includes seated and standing exercises to improve fitness. strength, flexibly and balance.

Sessions can help:

lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol control, manage weight, improve well being and quality of life, manage diabetes, improve balance and flexibility, improve bone mineral density with arthritis management

When: 6th Feb- 10th April 2018 (10 sessions)

Time: 12:30-1:30pm 

Where: Coffs Harbour Women’s Health Centre, 45-53 Little Street, Coffs Harbour

Cost: $75 per person, or $50 for HCC card Holders
