Music has been a healing force for centuries. Anyone who has played in a band or sung in a choir knows the feeling of connection and joy that comes with participating in music. And music also has many positive effects on our health and wellbeing; it can reduce stress and anxiety,

decrease pain, may improve immune functioning, may aid memory, helps us to exercise – and it’s a total brain workout.

The ukulele is the easiest of all instruments to learn. You only need a few chords and you can literally play hundreds of songs. It’s like having your own portable karaoke machine!

In this six week course you will learn the basic ukulele chords,

simple strumming patterns and some very cool songs. *Price

includes a take-home songbook and a ukulele you can borrow each week.

WARNING: May lead to intense feelings of happiness and joy!

“Had a wonderful time at Stephanie's ukulele workshop. We went from complete novices to beginners who could play 3 songs. It was all done with fun and humour, and somewhat tender fingertips. Loved it!” – Meryn, Sawtell
