Singer-songwriter, Folk raconteur, Jordie Lane is as much celebrated amongst his musical peers and industry, as with fans of the great art of story telling through song. With a body of work now spanning 8 releases, and much of his time spent touring North America, this show will be a chance to see Jordie strip the songs bare, re-imagine tracks from his back catalog.
Lane’s latest album, ’Glassellland’ received 4 star reviews in across the board including Rolling Stone, was named ‘Double J Album Of The Week’ & awarded ‘Tower Of Song Of The Year’, and was also nominated for Music Victoria’s ‘Folk or Roots’ Album of the Year.
From tours with the likes of Billy Bragg, Old Crow Medicine Show, The Moody Blues, & The Waifs, to his own sold out tours across the country, Lane has become one of Australia's most loved live performers.
Strongly driven by a passion for storytelling and songwriting Callum Wylie draws influence from a diverse range of artists. From the Nashville greats like Guy Clark and Townes Van Zandt to the modern folk of The Tallest Man on Earth and Fleet Foxes, Callum absorbs all he can from his heroes as he begins to make his mark on the folk scene
