Introduction to Portraiture

Join artist Karen Frankel for this enlightening workshop.

• Karen will demonstrate and show you her tricks for getting a likeness.
• You will work through techniques and exercises.
• Learn how standard proportions fit with faces that you wish to draw
• Learn to draw from photographs and then from a carefully lit model
• Work with graphite and charcoal

There is no need to bring anything except lunch. Although Galleria is nearby it takes too long to get food and have time to eat.

All materials and morning and afternoon tea are provided.
