Whittle away the day with professional spoonsmith Jeff Donne and create your own wooden spoon from the Arboretum’s own sustainably sourced Himalayan cedars wood. Using traditional materials and tools, learn how to safely transform a log into a kitchen utensil that will last for years. All tools and materials are provided, you keep what you make and you walk away with a whole new way to look at wood off cuts and sticks. All you need to bring is you, a pair of covered shoes and a willingness to whittle. Please bring your own food or purchase from our Sprout Café.

Bookings essential as places are limited.

No experience necessary, suitable for 16 years +

Workshop runs from 10am to 4pm.
