Event Details

In this workshop you will be guided through a beautiful yogic sleep (yoga Nidra)

This guided visualisation, will help your body and mind to come into the state of waking

consciousness, where you are neither asleep or awake fully.

It is said that a 40min yoga nidra is the

equivalent of up to 2 hours sleep.

We will finish with the sound of the beautiful gong leaving you feeling totally relaxed, light and pampered.
