Event Details

Chef Kurt Neumann and the team from GRAZING will be preparing mouth watering slow-cooked lamb shoulders to be enjoyed alongside our award-winning Gundog Estate Canberra District Shiraz. Music is courtesy of the talented Tori Chard, who will be performing her repertoire of chilled acoustic tunes throughout the afternoon. 

Here’s a snippet from the menu!*

Wet roast shoulder of lamb served on the bone, braised red cabbage, garden parsley gremolata and sided with a medley of baked and braised Autumn root vegetables.

There will also be limited dessert and cheese options to purchase on the day.

The ticket price includes one glass of wine per person. Additional wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages are available to purchase on the day.

Please note, these Cork St. Cellar events will not replace the annual wine club member lunches and dinners.
