This isn't just another concert. This is a musical 'get-to-know-you' experience.

We want you to get to know us better, and we want to get to know you better. Yes, you. Our audience (audients). We want to meet you, greet you, share a drink with you. Find out your backstory. Connect over a mutual love of good company and great music. So we're throwing a party, and you, our wonderful subscribed fans, are invited.

To ensure maximum face-to-face-ness, we've chosen a venue which is small, intimate and flexible. There are no bad seats. If we can wing it, there may even be some seats on stage. 

Each session will be part singing, part conversing, part imbibing. Ticket includes a complimentary drink, which The Idea of North will share with you after the singing bit is over (not literally - everyone will have their own glass). 

There will be a whole raft of music Melbourne hasn't yet heard us sing, and we are also thrilled to announce that our fifth member, Kai Kitamura, will be with us all the way from Tokyo, and will be astounding us all with his superhuman vocal percussive skills.
