Join us on Friday the 18th of May for our final "Habitat for Wildlife" workshop as part of a regional series of habitat workshops.

Join Wildside Australia's Brendon Levot on a journey through a diversity of ecosystems we commonly work in to recover, and hear about his experience in creating healthy habitat to support a diversity of Australian wildlife on Bushcare and Landcare sites!

This workshop, held at Blacbutt Reserve, Shellharbour will cover restoration activities, how to identify and plan for wildlife in your restoration or gardening activities, how to look for signs of a healthy ecosystem and more.

In the Landcare and Bushcare world we are often so focused on the weeds, we forget to look up into the trees and the surrounding vegetation for what we are providing homes for in the long term.

This workshop will get you thinking about the bigger picture in environmental restoration, and native species-friendly gardens, noticing what you have or could have on your site or backyard, and looking and listening for more Australian wildlife.

Time: 9.30 am - 11.30am

Cost: Free

This workshop is funded by South East Local Land Services through funding from the Australian Government
