Event Details

Illawarra and Shoalhaven Landcare will be hosting an evening for you to learn more about the geology and soils of the region, and the way they influence the vegetation of the area. The geology, soils and vegetation of our area are very diverse and complex. Many vegetation communities are closely related to and dependent upon the particular soil type on which they grow, and the underlying geology.

People who work closely on restoring native vegetation and on managing soils will benefit greatly from a more detailed understanding of these relationships.
