Aromatherapy is one effective option that is safe and easy to use. However, there is often concern about the use of essential oils during pregnancy with a wide range of conflicting and confusing advice. This workshop will cover:
·The basics of aromatherapy and essential oil use
·Safety aspects of essential oil use during pregnancy and postpartum as well for babies
·Benefits & practical applications of aromatherapy from pregnancy to postpartum
·Review of relevant research, case studies and Sonya’s own experience in her practice
INCLUDES afternoon tea and access to notes
