📌FAQ’s📌

• What will I need to bring?
  • Your laptop, your phone or tablet won’t be good enough. You don’t get the full range of features unless you are on a desktop/laptop.
  • Something to take notes on
  • Marketing material - Once you book you will receive an email of material you will need to organise prior to the day. This would involve images, videos and other aspects that create an ad.
• Do I need to have a Facebook ad account
  • Yes, you will need to have a Facebook Ad account set up. Please test this out by using ads manager and going to create and post an ad. If you get it right to the end you can delete your ad but know that you have it all set up. If you need further help with this please contact us as we are happy to help
• Does Facebook actually come with the internet?
  • No, it doesn’t but on the day we will supply you with the internet.
• Should my laptop have more than 5% battery when I turn up?
  • Yes, we will have the power to charge your laptop but if you can have it at 100% to start with, that would be amazing. Bring your laptop charger so it doesn’t die
• Can I bring my business partner or do they need an additional ticket?
  • No need for an additional ticket. You can bring someone who operates in your business. This can be your business partner or an employee that will be running your marketing. If you are unsure about the person you want to bring, give us a call, we are more than happy to help.
