Tag der Deutschen Einheit – Day of German Unity

The third of October is the Day of German Unity, celebrated as German National Day. Tonight we will hold the reception to celebrate in commemoration of the anniversary of the German reunification in 1990, the day that celebrates a reunited Germany, reunited families, reunited culture and Berlin was once again designated as the capital of united Germany.

Tonight, German car manufacturer Porsche (Porsche Centre Brisbane, Newstead) will be host to a classical concert featuring selected pieces of well-known German composers performed by the Queensland Youth Orchestras. We are delighted to welcome the German Choir Liedertafel/Liederktanz on stage for the countries’ national anthems.

Limited capacity, registrations only – start 1 September via below link.
