Gwinganna returns to Auckland with a very special event on Wednesday 12 September. Featuring items from our popular recipe book, hear more on why everyone’s talking about fermented foods and learn how to make your own sauerkraut and kim chi with our inspirational organic gardener Shelley Pryor. Shelley will also share some simple ideas and ingredients to use every day and boost your immune system.
