What to expect:

Connect events are based on practice. In pairs, small groups and within the whole group we will practice relating with authenticity and vulnerability, learn how to safely lean into edges, find new connections, and deepen existing ones.

These practices train and develop skills of relating that are essential for having higher quality relationships of all forms.

Also we have a lot of fun and create a whole new way of being together as a community.
