Andrea Montefusco of Delicious Italian teaches the traditional art of home-made fresh pasta (gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli etc.), the perfect techniques to make risotto, lots of ideas for spectacular entrees and lip-smacking Italian desserts, not to mention meat and fish dishes the “Italian way".

The “Italian Connection” series is taught over 4 sessions with 4 different menus so you can choose what to learn or alternatively you can purchase the whole package at a convenient price. Choose one from the series or buy a package and save.

Each class lasts for four hours and every person can be as involved in the cooking as they would like to be. Afterwards, sit and eat the tasty results of your hard work in our separate dining room in the style of a long Italian lunch.
