Time For YOU - Bust your stories and the overwhelm that is stopping you from living your best life!

Are you feeling STRESSED and OVERWHELMED by the never ending to-do list? Do you feel like there is NEVER ENOUGH TIME and you are constantly BUSY?!

Ok ladies, it’s time to carve out some time for you - I’m giving you a leave pass if you can’t give it to yourself! You matter. And to show up as the best version of ourselves is SO important. In fact, it’s a game changer.

So leave behind the to-do list, the weekend activities and ignore all the invitations that come your way. Come and join me for some time for you - we’ll create the space for you to hear yourself think again.

Here's what we will cover:

•Busting the stories we tell ourselves and discovering a fresh perspective on them.

•Self Care - The non-BS how and why. What this really looks and feels like, how you can realistically incorporate it into your life. And I’ll give you the hot tip: it’s not just bubble baths and massages!

•The truth about overwhelm - and how to kick it in the butt with some kick-arse strategies.

•What mindfulness is and how it can help us to stay in the here and now.

The morning Includes:

•A full coloured workbook with activities and notes

•Awesome opportunity to connect and share with other women

•Morning tea of raw treats, fresh fruit and herbal teas

•A surprise gift from me to help you continue on your journey.

You’ll also be guided through some relaxing meditations.

Once we’re done you’ll re-enter the world with a clear sense of direction and purpose.

Our lives can get so consumed with kids that it's so easy to forget who we are and what we want! You’ll be equipped with a fresh approach and tools to manage your daily overwhelm, so when the pace kicks up a notch you'll manage it with ease, and you’ll have a plan in place to make yourself a priority, even when work and family calls.
