Ride2Work Virtual Spin Sessions

Ride2Work is a national event which encourages people to try cycling to work and getting fit and active.

For those who are not yet comfortable riding their bike to work, why not try a spin class at Knox Leisureworks.

As part of the Ride2Work day, Knox Leisureworks is providing free virtual and live spin classes for the community for the whole week. The virtual spin class is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on terrain with your inspiring virtual team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks and time trials. Limited spots are available in live spin sessions as an instructor will be running these classes.

There are only 7 spaces available for each session and we encourage anyone 16+ years old to participate.
