The health benefits of a diet full of fruits and vegetables are well known and during the workshop we will show you how to create, maintain and grow an edible garden at home or school and how to use the fresh produce in a variety of recipes and cuisines. We will also discuss the year round planting calendar focussing on seasonal treats.
