Just the Tonic is Australia's first and only gin tasting cabaret, an evening to enjoy boutique gins alongside handpicked performances in a cabaret that harks back to the smoke-filled speakeasy clubs of yesteryear.

Hosted and created by Melbourne cabaret powerhouse, Sophie deLightful, the launch event will feature craft gins from Australia's own Patient Wolf, alongside burlesque, circus and comedy.

Gin is enjoying a resurgence in Melbourne, and around the world. With the summer sun all but in its last orbit, let's celebrate a mighty fine drink with some equally fine performers.

Miss deLightful is a founder of Frisky Whisky, Australia's only whisky tasting cabaret, as well as the Power Pussies series and Babes Ablaze. Your enjoyment is in safe hands.
