Event Details

Two recent payroll tax cases in NSW and VIC have highlighted the State Revenue Authorities renewed vigour to undo well accepted medical and dental practice structures.

Join our seminar to hear the latest issues and ways to ensure you don’t fall foul of the Payroll Tax Legislation, as presented by Cutcher & Neale Partner, Stuart Chan.

Stuart will also contrast the outcomes and discuss the details/arrangements you need in your practice (including service agreements, employment contracts and bank accounts), to ensure your structures are up to Best Practice standards.

Event Timing:

6:30- 7:00Registration & light refreshments
7:00 - 8:30Presentation, followed by Q&A

This event is brought to you by Cutcher & Neale, one of the AMA (NSW)'s Preferred Partners.

Parking:  Our building is also very close to St Leonards train station or buses along the Pacific Highway. Nearby street parking is mostly 2hr metered and is quite limited as there is a lot of construction happening in the area, however there are two carparks where you can pre-book a space:

  1. https://parkmonkey.com.au/ - operate casual car parking spaces in our building (69 Christie Street, ST LEONARDS) for $5 for the evening. Please make sure that you only park in Park Monkey labelled spaces as cars incorrectly parked do get clamped/towed.
  2. Wilson carpark - almost opposite our building.
