Payment Policy:

Places can be secured by the following options:

• Early Bird offer is applicable if the Full amount is paid by 1 July 2019.  (USE CODE: EB_DISCOUNT)
• Full Price payment is due on the 31 August 2019 

Refund policy:

All payments, including deposits, are non-transferable and non-refundable after 31 August 2019 .

Wait list policy:

If the retreat is full, we can add your name to our wait list upon request via email.

If we are able to confirm your place on retreat, we will contact you and full payment will be due immediately.

Transfer Policy

If a wait listed participant can fill the space then you may be able to transfer your place to them. This depends upon a case by case assessment of your situation. If there are no wait listed participants to fill the space the regular refund policy applies.
