The Moderation Movement presents:

Challenging the myth that we must avoid certain food to be healthy

Sunday 28th April 2:30pm-4:30pm

Hawthorn Library

Presented by Zoe Nicholson, Dietitian & Nutritionist, Love What You Eat

$39.00 + Booking fee

In this 2 hour workshop we will smash the diet mentality, explore why all foods offer nutrition and can add to well being, and why seeing some foods as “bad” is problematic. We will also cover our culture’s overemphasis on food as medicine and nutrition as the Holy Grail to health.

The workshop will be interactive with opportunity for you to ask questions, participate in activities, and connect with others. You can also choose to just observe – everyone is encouraged to learn in whatever way suits you!

Bring along paper and a pen, but you will also be provided with notes on the day.

Please note that these workshops are open to people 18 years and over only. Ideas around eating, exercise and body image need to be age appropriate.
