This is Mullumbimby's 10th Didgeridoo Pranayama session and the second by candlelight. Thank you all who have come before for the support and awesome feedback and reviews. This session we will use the cover of darkness to elongate the practice.
TIX $26 online/$30 on the door if available.Didgeridoo Pranayama is a breathing practice, not a learn to play didgeridoo workshop. It is suited to anyone with an interest in bettering their life quality through conscious control of the breath. It is not a breath-work or rebirthing session and thus not a space for emotional releasing.
Didgeridoo Pranayama is a distinct stand alone, music based breathing system. The group stays together and breaths rhythmically inhaling and exhaling in the same way together as one. The patterns are simple and based on a relaxed exhale that stimulates the para-sympathetic nervous system, creating a nourishing vibrant energy throughout the body. Participants are never put on the spot in any way and the space is safe, quiet and a super relaxed light hearted environment.
We Move has a sprung dance floor so bring what you need to be comfortable. We recommend a yoga mat and a cushion plus some drinking water. Most of the practice is seated however there is a final savasana so a yoga mat is good!
We will start on time at 8pm and there is no late entry after 8.15pm. The session will go for 2 hours.
