Fire and Water guided walk
As part of the Canberra and Region Heritage Festival, discover the origins of the Arboretum and hear about the bush fires of 2001 and 2003. Learn how the Arboretum manages its water to maintain the health of the forests and minimise future fire risks.
Moderate fitness required. Please wear sturdy, covered footwear, dress for the weather, conditions and bring water.
Meet at the Village Centre. 1.5 hours
Age group: 8 years plus
FREE, however bookings essential
