Damien & Danielle Jones will enchant your senses with a four course dinner featuring the best of local produce, and showcasing award winning local premium wagyu producer Sher Wagyu. Based at Ballan, Sher Wagyu is the ultimate beef eating experience, delicious, tender and juicy from cattle which are pasture-fed until 18 months, then grain fed for 400 days. And all that lovely beef could not be in better hands!

Paired with SubRosa wines (with canapes, entree and main) and Turners Crossing (with Dessert).
