Intereach is hosting the Colour Your World event to support and raise awareness of Social Inclusion. Social Inclusion aims to help all Australians feel included and valued, giving everyone the opportunity to participate fully in society.

I understand this may include images, comments or text that will identify me as a program participant in marketing and promotional material such as (but not limited to) annual reports, newsletters, posters, flyers, the Intereach or North West Alliance website, newspaper articles, social media, program evaluations, signage or brochures.

I fully understand that I have entered this event at my own risk and that the organisers will not be liable for any injury before, during or after the event. I declare that I am fit and waive and  renounce any rights and claims for damages I may have against partners and  organisers from any loss/injury as a result of my participation in this event. I am aware that it is advised I wear goggles or sunglasses to protect my eyes from the coloured dyes. I agree to the information presented on this application form being stored on computer, for the use of the organisers.
