It's important to take care of your mental health and wellbeing, especially when it gets to the pointy end of the semester. Take some time out of your busy study schedules to relax!

Join us at the Bhakti Tree (www.thebhaktitree.org.au) for Friday Fest, which begins with kirtan – a musical form of call and response mantra meditation accompanied by traditional Indian musical instruments – harmonium, kartal (hand cymbals) and mrdanga (clay drum).

Following on from the meditation session will be a buffet dinner, full of healthy, nourishing and delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes such as rice, curry, roast veggies, salad, papadams and dessert.

This is and excellent opportunity to take some time out to relax, recharge and enjoy a healthy meal with friends.

THIS IS A FREE EVENT!
