Recordings will not be provided for missed webinars or registrants who fail to watch the live version. Subscribers can watch the recorded webinar through the Toolkit at no cost however CPD points are not available for viewing the recorded version.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation more than 5 full business days before the webinar will be eligible for a refund of fees less the booking fee charged by Sticky Tickets.
• No refunds if cancellation occurs within 5 full business days of the webinar or for non-attendance.
• If you are unable to attend the live session a recorded version will not be made available.
