Sign up and share a cake on Stress Down Day on the 24th July 2019 to promote wellbeing and raise funds for Lifeline.

We will organise the cake for you and all you need to do is share photos of your team enjoying the cake and stressing down for Lifeline! #cakeforlifeline #stressdownday

You can simply host a morning tea or engage with staff in other ways to make the day fun for staff and promote taking a break to "stress down";

• Encourage staff to wear ugg boots to work
• Organise an in-house Yoga class in the morning
• Have a masseuse come in and offer shoulder massages at their desk
• Take time and to go for walk around the block as a team
• Bring and share your favourite joke at the morning tea to create conversation and humour
• Host the morning tea outside at a nearby park
