Join us as we launch our new winter menu alongside five exquisite tyrrell’s wines. We will be joined by justine whitehouse of tyrrell’s wines as she talks us through the varietals. our head chef pravesh will showcase our signature winter dishes from our new menu, all in the beautiful warm environment of our house.

1/ sparkling chardonnay pinot noir
our salmon and prawn croquettes with asian slaw, chive mayo

2/ hunter valley semillon
pan fried ricotta gnocchi w sage, asparagus, pumpkin, beurre noisette foam, grana padano

3/ beyond broke road pinot gris
market fresh fish of the day

4/ rufus stone shiraz
braised lamb shoulder crepenette w roast sweet potato, pancetta, petit pois, red wine jus

5/ special aged tawny
sticky date pudding w salted caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream

all types of dietaries and substitutions can be easily accommodated if you kindly let us know in advance.

we will be running raffles on the night too, with all proceeds going directly to central coast women's health centers - an organisation very close to our hearts and one we are so proud to support following their support and services to emily and otis 4 years ago
