Arm Knitting Workshop @ Petals store Walgett

Come and join Amy from @theknot_collective for a morning of arm knitting. Arm knitting is a popular new knitting style, It is a quick and easy way to make gorgeous chunky knit blankets.

This 2.5 hour workshop is suitable for beginners. It is perfect for anyone wanting to expand their knitting knowledge or learn a new skill or hobby

You’ll take home a beautiful wool lap blanket, approx 60cm x 140cm. Using raw Australian merino wool, you will learn how to cast on, cast off, knit and purl stitch. You will leave with a better understanding of the benefits and properties of wool and how to care for your blanket.

• 2kg of raw Australian Merino wool in a natural colour (un-dyed/cream)
• After the event you will be emailed a PDF pattern/instruction booklet to continue arm knitting at home!
