Our intention with this event is to equip men with the tools, the insights and the support to confidently embrace the transition into fatherhood.
There’s no one size fits all approach with this stuff but there are some principles that will enhance your ability to navigate this transition with more joy and less stress.

Julia is a postnatal doula and trainer leading a worldwide renaissance in the way we care for Newborn Mothers. She has created a new paradigm for postpartum care by merging traditional medicine and culture with cutting edge research on hormones and neurology. She is SUPER passionate about educating and supporting Dads throughout this process too.
Julia is the author of Nourishing Newborn Mothers - Ayurvedic Recipes to Heal your Mind, Body and Soul after Childbirth and Newborn Mothers - When a Baby is Born So is a Mother. Julia is also the creator of a worldwide leading education resource for postpartum professionals: Newborn Mothers Collective.

You’ll learn how to prep yourself mentally AND physically for the conception, pregnancy and postpartum phase. You’ll learn about nutrition and lifestyle factors that affect fertility (yours and your partners) and health during pregnancy and postpartum that also affect your baby’s wellbeing.
About the speaker:
Jeremy is a highly sought after expert in Health and Wellness and is a registered Chiropractor. Jeremy has undertaken postgraduate studies in Sports Chiropractic, International Sports Chiropractic, Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (CHEK Institute) & Australian College of Environmental and Nutritional Medicine (ACNEM).
Jeremy is also specialises in addressing chronic health conditions through the use of functional medical testing such as fecal microbial analysis, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (including heavy metals), functional blood testing, Organic Acid Testing and DUTCH hormone testing.
He is particularly passionate about working with couples to help them improve their fertility and navigate the conception phase feeling empowered.

Mike is the founder of Good Blokes Co and is passionate about healthy masculinity and positive mental health.
Mike is a senior facilitator with the Rites of Passage Institute on their Making of Men camps. He also works with schools around Australia on rite of passage programs such as the groundbreaking On Queenslea Driveprogram at Christ Church Grammar School.
Mike is a dedicated husband, a proud father of two amazing daughters, a dog lover, a baritone ukulele player, a pretty average basketballer and a tortured, yet loyal Fremantle Dockers supporter.

Tully is a Leadership and Relationship Coach. He facilitates workshops, retreats and coaches people 1-1 to support them in to confidently invite more depth, fulfilment and intimacy into their lives.
Tully is the founder of the Conscious Locker Room Podcast and Community which supports men with the tools and insights to free themselves of suffering and start to truly thrive physically, mentally and emotionally.
He is the Co-Creator of Living in Love (@livingin.love) where he and his wife Kat support couples to overcome conflict and ignite more connection and intimacy in their relationships.
His first child is due in April and he couldn’t be more excited about it.
