Come along to Youth Mental Health First Aid training where you’ll learn:
> The difference between normal adolescent development and a developing mental health problem
> How to have open conversations with young people
> Signs and symptoms of possible mental health problems
> Where to seek further help.
Over four evening sessions you’ll learn all this, receive take-home resources, meet other parents and enjoy a free meal.
This is a 14 hour Youth Mental Health First Aid course.
