This workshop is all about regaining your emotional confidence following the 'all clear' from your medical treatment team. You think:
What now? What is important to me?
How do I manage a transition back to work, without feeling like I need to please everyone else?
The workshop is all about finding a way to use all of that grit, that power and that vulnerability you developed through treatment, to move back into the world. You will gain practical strategies for:
- Understanding the four stages of emotional recovery.
- Re-establishing healthy relationship boundaries.
In this highly personalised format, you will have the opportunity to learn from Michelle's direct experience as well as personal practices to take home.
