This is an opportunity to broaden your connections and at the same time gain some great insights into your own personal development journey as Sonia Petersen shares with us her story and holistic tips on how to break through limiting beliefs and fears that can hold you back in your career and life overall.  She will share insights and advice around how to avoid burnout and manage stress in high pressure roles.

About our Speaker

 

Sonia Petersen shares over 15 years experience in business administration as a business unit manager and a Senior Executive Assistant. She is also a woman who is passionate and enthusiastic about wellbeing which with much determination lead her to become the Founder of the ‘Executive Women’s Wellness Society’ that connects and unites executive women to nature their careers, health, and relationships. Sonia uses her skills trained as a Wellness Coach, Kinesiologist, Master In NLP and Hypnotherapy and a Speaker to have mentored over 300 executive women in all careers and industries.
